Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Agnamo and the Agnamo application surfaces it links to (including Supadash, Control Tower, Lux Chat, Agnamo, Comet Clip, and youBuilder). By accessing or using these tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Authorized Use

Agnamo applications may only be used by individuals explicitly granted access by Agnamo. Authorized use means:

• Authenticating via your assigned Google account approved by Agnamo
• Viewing and analyzing internal data for legitimate Agnamo business purposes
• Maintaining or updating records within an application where you have edit access
• Exporting reports strictly for internal reporting and operations

You may not share your credentials or Google account, allow unauthorized individuals to use these tools, or access data beyond what is required for your role.

2. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access internal data, APIs, or backend systems outside of the application interfaces
• Probe, scan, or test Agnamo's data infrastructure for vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or architecture details from any deployed application
• Disclose, describe, or document Agnamo's internal data systems, integrations, or technical architecture to any third party
• Use the tools to collect, export, or transmit data for purposes outside of Agnamo business operations
• Circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms, including Google Sign-In
• Share, transfer, or allow others to use the Google account credentials associated with your access
• Introduce malicious code, scripts, or payloads through any input field
• Use automated tools to extract data in bulk from any application

3. Confidentiality of Data and Systems

All data accessible through Agnamo applications, including project records, people profile data, and any operational metrics, is confidential and proprietary to Agnamo. You agree to:

• Treat all data accessed as strictly confidential
• Not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any data viewed outside of authorized Agnamo channels
• Not disclose the existence, structure, or contents of Agnamo's internal data systems, pipelines, or technology stack to any external party
• Report any suspected unauthorized access, data exposure, or security concern to Agnamo immediately

These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your access.

4. Data Responsibility

Users with edit access to records are responsible for ensuring that any changes are accurate and made in good faith. Deliberate corruption or falsification of data is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate access revocation and further action.

5. Intellectual Property

Agnamo applications, including their design, code, architecture, and underlying data systems, are proprietary to Agnamo. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of or license to any source code, design system, or data infrastructure. All rights not expressly stated are reserved.

6. Availability

Agnamo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Applications may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes at any time without prior notice. Agnamo is not liable for any business impact resulting from downtime.

7. No Warranty

Agnamo applications are provided "as is" for internal operational use. Agnamo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any data displayed. Metrics are derived from internal pipelines and may not reflect real-time state.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agnamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use any Agnamo application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination of Access

Agnamo may revoke your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms, change in employment or contractor status, or operational necessity. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and destroy any data exported that is no longer needed for authorized purposes. Confidentiality obligations under Section 3 remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agnamo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
